This job was a re-slate of an old outhouse that was being used by the occupant for their business. Water was entering the property due to poor condition of the old roof.

Pointing new skew and chimney and haunching around base of chimney

This job is another example of removing and repointing of the skew and the actual chimney stonework. The photo of the chimney can shows a new cowl with metal strap fixing securing it to the chimney can. Around the base (known as flaunching), the cement was removed and re-pointed.
