This job was a complete removal and re-tile job on a bungalow. This particular bungalow had a conservatory out the back with the apex cut into the existing roof requiring some intricate tiling particularly the cutting of the valley.
The cement verge at conservatory was done properly with undercloak which was primed and then finished with a second finish coat. Doing it this way ensures the cement verge will last a lot longer and not crack and crumble when undercloak not used.
